We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders can create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for clubhouse patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and beverages
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age and Clubhouse Rules (i.e. Membership Status)
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations & policies
• Assist Bar Manager & Post Leadership with advertising events and parties in the Clubhouse

Requirements and skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Relevant training certificate(s), i.e. TABC Server & Texas Food Handlers Permit
