American Legion E.L.A. Post 99 will be hosting a Veteran Suicide Awareness Training presented by Apolonio “Apple” E. Munoz III, BGS, CPSS, a member of the Post and an ASIST-certified intervention specialist. This Training Session is a Veteran-Specific Version of suicideTALK by LivingWorks. suicideTALK is a suicide awareness session that helps participants understand the issue of suicide and how they can help prevent it in their communities.
This event is open to the community, and a light dinner will be provided.
